Can I earn Sparky Club rewards no matter where I purchase my products?
No. Sparky Club rewards are only available for eligible items purchased through the approved provider channel.
Who can participate in Sparky Club?
Available to electrical contractors purchasing from S-Tech authorised electrical wholesalers.
How much can I earn on Sparky Club?
Points are earned at 4% of total purchase value (ex GST). 1 Point = $1 equivalent. Values are rounded down to the nearest dollar.
Example: $100.99 purchase = 4 Points = $4 reward.
A $20 sign-up bonus applies for the first $250 spent. Minimum 100 Points required for redemption.
Can I upload past invoices to my account?
Only invoices dated within 60 days of upload are eligible. This applies from signup date as well.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
How do I sign up for Sparky Club?
Visit sparkyclub.com.au and click “Sign up”. Follow the steps to create your account. Membership is subject to approval.
CASHING OUT
How much do I need in my account before I can cash out?
You must accumulate a minimum of $100 cash back.
Is there a minimum cash-out value?
Yes. Minimum redemption is $100 per Visa card.
How long does it take for my reward to appear?
Invoices appear within 3 business days and remain pending for 60 days before becoming available.
Are there any fees for using Sparky Club?
No fees apply.
Can I redeem Sparky Club for other rewards?
No. Only digital Visa cards are available.
How do I activate my Visa card?
You will receive email instructions after cash out.
Can I request a physical Visa card?
No. Only digital Visa cards are issued.
How long is my Visa card valid?
Valid for 12 months from issue date.
Can I get cash out with the Visa card?
No. Cards cannot be used for ATM withdrawals.
Can I transfer what I earn through Sparky Club to someone else?
No. Rewards are non-transferable.
